Q6: How can I get a quotation?
Contact us on WhatsApp, or send the following to our email address. Please also leave your email address in the message — the quotation comes back as a document, not a chat reply.

Send all six and you get a usable quotation. Send only a photo and a quantity, and the best we can do is an indicative price range pending specification.
Q7: Can you do EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms?
Yes — we support various trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP.
- EXW
- You collect from our factory. Choose this when you already have a forwarder in place in China and want the lowest headline price.
- FOB
- We deliver to the port and load. Our usual ports are Guangzhou and Shenzhen. This is the most common term for established importers.
- CIF
- We arrange and pay freight and insurance to your destination port. Useful when you want us to handle the shipping leg.
- DDP
- We deliver to your door with duties paid. Choose this when you want a single landed cost with no customs work on your side.
If you have a nominated forwarder, we will work with them. If not, we can recommend consolidators we ship with regularly. Which term is cheapest for you depends on your volume and destination — ask us to quote two or three so you can compare landed cost rather than unit price.
Q8: What markets do you serve?
We serve clients in the USA, UK, Germany, Australia, Japan, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
This matters more than it sounds. Shipping regularly to these markets means we already know the labelling, fibre-composition and testing requirements they typically ask for, so we can flag what to specify up front rather than discovering it at inspection. For example, care-labelling conventions and fibre-content disclosure rules differ between the EU, the US and Japan, and a label that satisfies one market will not automatically satisfy another.
If you sell into several of these markets from one order, tell us at the quotation stage and we will scope the labelling accordingly.
Q3: Can I customize the packaging?
Yes. We offer neutral packaging as standard, or we can print logos and labels to your requirements.
- Woven main label — your brand name and size
- Care and composition label — fibre content and washing instructions, to the format your market requires
- Printed hang tag — your artwork, including price and barcode if you sell through retail
- Branded poly bag — printed or plain, with the required suffocation warning where applicable
- Retail-ready carton — carton marking, assorted sizes, barcode labels
Send your artwork and the carton spec and we will build it into the order. Note that custom packaging carries its own lead time, so raise it at the quotation stage rather than after production is booked.
